Terms of Use
Welcome to Bowl. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SR Dev Team ("Bowl", "we", "us") governing your use of the Bowl app. By creating an account or using Bowl, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bowl.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Bowl. By using Bowl you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant Bowl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content within the app for the purpose of operating and providing Bowl. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
4. Acceptable use & zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Bowl. You agree that you will not post, upload, or share content, or behave in ways, that:
- are unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
- are sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploit or endanger minors;
- depict graphic violence, cruelty, or abuse toward animals or people;
- are spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- impersonate others or invade someone's privacy;
- promote self-harm, illegal activity, or contain malware.
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion.
5. Reporting, blocking & moderation
Bowl provides tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We review reports of objectionable content and will act on them — including removing content and ejecting the users who provided it — within 24 hours of a report. Blocking a user hides their content from you and prevents them from interacting with you. To report an issue you can also contact us at suppakit_olympus@hotmail.com.
6. Coins (in-app currency)
Bowl includes "coins", a virtual, in-app currency used to Feed pets. Coins are earned for free (for example, welcome and daily rewards). Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. We may change, expire, or discontinue coins or reward mechanics at any time.
7. Our intellectual property
Bowl, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
8. Termination
You may stop using Bowl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect Bowl and its users.
9. Disclaimers
Bowl is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by others is accurate or appropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bowl and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Apple App Store
If you download Bowl from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for Bowl or its content.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bowl after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
